Further to the announcements made on 1st, 2nd and 20th October 2015, the Company wishes to advise that completion of the disposal of land at Fo Tan, Hong Kong to Centralcon Investment Holding (Hong Kong) Company Limited occurred on 30 November 2015 in accordance with the timetable set out in the circular dated 2 October 2015.
