COMPLETION OF DISPOSAL OF WELL SUPPORT DIVISION

Wood Group, the international energy services company, confirms the completion of the disposal of its Well Support division to GE Energy Manufacturing, Inc.

As previously announced, Jim Renfroe, formerly Group Director, Well Support, resigned as a director of Wood Group following completion of the disposal.

The Board expects to announce further details of the proposed return of cash shortly after the company's annual general meeting.
