11 September, 2006 Daily Mail and General Trust plc (`DMGT') Completion of disposal of Study Group International DMGT announces that DMG Information, its business to business informationdivision, has completed the disposal of Study Group International, followingthe receipt of regulatory clearances. This follows the announcement of theplanned disposal on 3 August, 2006.The total consideration was ‚£75 million.
