Completion of disposal of Arjan Plot

Further to the Company's announcement of 25 November 2016 in relation to the proposed disposal (the "Disposal") of one of the two Arjan plots of land (an "Arjan Plot" or, collectively, "the Arjan Plots") owned by Tejoori as part of its investment portfolio, the Board of Tejoori (AIM:TJI) is pleased to announce that the requisite final approvals from the Dubai Land Department ("DLD") have now been received and, as a result, net funds of approximately US$3.57 million from SRG Holding Limited ("SRG") in consideration for the Disposal have today been released to the Company by DLD. As set out in the Company's announcement of 25 November 2016, SRG's gross consideration in respect of the Disposal totalled approximately US$3.7 million.
