Disposal of Wire Systems Technology (Pty) Ltd.
On 17 February 2010, TT electronics plc (the "Group") announced that it had agreed to sell its wholly owned South African subsidiary, Wire Systems Technology (Pty) Ltd. Following clearance from the South African Competition Commission and the receipt of certain approvals required by the South African exchange control authorities, the Group is pleased to announce that the transaction has now been duly completed.
