Completion of disposal

CDialogues plc (AIM: CDOG) announces that further to the announcement of 16 August 2016, the disposal of its trading subsidiary, Telilea Limited, to Numbase Group Limited has completed.

As detailed in the Company's circular, published on 16 August 2016, the last day of dealings in the Company's Ordinary Shares is 14 September 2016 and at 7.00 a.m. on 15 September 2016, the Company's Ordinary Shares will be cancelled from trading on AIM.
