Completion of Disposal

Further to previous announcements made by Kubera Cross-Border Fund Limited (the "Company"), the Board is now pleased to announce the completion of the disposal today of the Company's entire investment in Planetcast Media Services Limited "(PMSL").

Following further negotiations with the buyer and co-investors in PMSL, the Company's investment was finally sold for a consideration, net of transaction costs and the former Manager's co-investment proceeds, of INR 1,419 million, representing a 4% decrease in the consideration price agreed on the 17 March 2017. This is equivalent to USD 20.0 million at current exchange rates.

In accordance with the Company's investment policy, the Board intends to announce a distribution to shareholders of all cash not required to meet operating costs. A further announcement will be made in due course.
