CRH ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF EURO 1.5 BILLION DEBT FACILITIES

CRH plc's Interim Management Statement, released on 11th November, disclosed that the Group was close to completing the renewal and extension of euro 1.5 billion of bank facilities. These renewals have now been completed.
