Completion of Brand Consolidation

31 July 2014 Norman Broadbent plc ("Norman Broadbent" or "the Group" or "the Company") Completion of Brand Consolidation Further to the announcement of the Company's final results on 28 May 2014, theCompany announces that the sale of its 20 per cent. holding in Norman BroadbentSpain completed as anticipated on 30 July 2014. This coincided with thetermination of the licence agreement to use the brand Norman Broadbent. Allfunds have been received. The Company has now regained global control of all the Norman Broadbentintellectual property following the termination of inherited licences inCanada, Italy, all North African countries, all Middle Eastern countries andnow Spain (which also operates in Colombia). The Company is now able to review the strategic value opportunities of brandNorman Broadbent which the licence terminations have opened up. Interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2014 are due to be released inSeptember 2014.
