Completion of leasehold acquisition in Birmingham
easyHotel, the owner, developer, operator and franchisor of "super budget" branded hotels, confirms that the acquisition of the 125-year leasehold of 81-91 John Bright Street in Birmingham has completed.
As previously announced, easyHotel was granted planning permission for an 84-room hotel in May 2016. The hotel is expected to open by March 2017.
