Completion of the combination of Betfair US with FanDuel
The Group hereby confirms that the previously announced combination of its US business ("Betfair US") with FanDuel on 23 May 2018, completed on 10 July 2018.
The new company will be called FanDuel Group Inc, and will operate a portfolio of industry-leading brands including FanDuel, TVG, Betfair Casino and DRAFT. The Group owns 61% of FanDuel Group, with existing FanDuel investors owning 39%.
