Completion of Betaland disposal
Further to the announcement made on 10 April 2012, GVC Holdings PLC (AIM:GVC), a leading provider of B2B and B2C services to the online gaming and sports betting markets,announces that the Lotteries & Gaming Authority (the Maltese regulator of the Betaland business) gave the buyer of Betaland its consent for the Betaland licences to be transferred to it with effect from 4 May 2012. This means that the disposal of Betaland has now completed.
