Completion of acquisition of site for easyHotel in Barcelona

easyHotel, the owner, developer, operator and franchisor of "super budget" branded hotels, confirms that further to its announcement on 4 October 2016 regarding the grant of planning permission for a 204-room easyHotel located on Gran Via, the main avenue of L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, it has now completed the acquisition of the land for the new build easyHotel Barcelona. The hotel is expected to open in early 2018.
