Completion of Asset Sale
Infrastructure India plc, an AIM quoted infrastructure fund investing directly into assets in India, is pleased to announce that the sale of its entire 26 per cent interest in Western MP Infrastructure & Toll Roads Private Limited ("WMP"), as announced on 8 April 2016, completed on 28 June 2016.
The Company also announces that it expects to release its final results, for the year ended 31 March 2016, in late July 2016.
