AQUARIUS PLATINUM LIMITED ASX, LSE & JSE 1 December 2014 Completion of asset sale - Kruidfontein prospecting right Further to the release by Aquarius Platinum Limited ("Aquarius" or the"Company") on 30 January 2014, Aquarius advises that the sale of its indirectinterest in the Kruidfontein prospecting right ("Kruidfontein Right") toPilanesberg Platinum Mines (Pty) Ltd has been completed, following whichAquarius' subsidiary received South African Rands equivalent to USD27.0 million(before Capital Gains Tax "CGT") in cash on 1 December 2014. Aquarius will, in settlement of the contractual obligation to the originalvendors of the interests in the Kruidfontein Right, within 10 business days,elect to pay an amount of USD10.8 million (before CGT) to the original vendorseither in cash or by the issue of Aquarius shares to same value, or by acombination of cash and shares.
