Completion of the allotment of new shares to Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT")
Further to the Company's announcement on 1 December 2009, the Board of Fortune Oil announce that the allotment of the 37,000,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each to the Trustees of the Company's EBT has been completed and such shares have been admitted to Listing on the Official List of the London Stock Exchange
