Completion of agreement with Ocado Group plc 

On 17 May 2013, Wm Morrisons Supermarkets PLC ("Morrisons") announced that it had entered into a long term agreement with Ocado Group plc ("Ocado") to enable Morrisons.com to commence grocery deliveries to customers in January 2014.

The agreement, which comprises a technology and services arrangement and a sale and leaseback of property and equipment at Dordon, was completed on 25 July 2013, following the approval of Ocado's shareholders at a General Meeting of the company on 18 July 2013.
