Completion of Acquisitions

Gama Aviation Plc, the global business aviation services provider, is pleased to announce that its acquisition of Hutchison Whampoa (China) Limited's 50% stake in Gama Aviation Hutchison Holdings Ltd, and its acquisition of Hutchison Whampoa (China) Limited's 20% stake in China Aircraft Services Limited have both successfully completed today.
