The initial consideration was satisfied in part by the issue of new Vitec sharesworth $2.5 million (£1.27 million). Accordingly, 207,572 ordinary shares of 20pence each have been issued and allotted. A further $1.0 million (£0.51million) of new Vitec shares will be issued on completion of RF Central'sacquisition of Microwave Services Corporation, expected to take place in thenext few weeks. Application will be made to the UK Listing Authority and theLondon Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to the Official List.
