COMPLETION OF ACQUISITION

Sanne, the specialist provider of outsourced corporate, fund and private client administration, reporting and fiduciary services, announces today that further to its statement on 5 August 2016, the acquisition of Sorato Trust B.V. is now complete, following the receipt of the necessary regulatory approvals.

Following the acquisition, which was funded in part cash and part Sanne shares, the Group now has 116,000,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in issue of which 98,533 are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 115,901,467 and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
