Further to the announcement on 15 September 2011, Hunting PLC (LSE:HTG), the international energy services group, is pleased to announce that the acquisition of TSI Acquisition Holdings LLC and its subsidiaries (the "Titan Group") completed today. The Titan Group is now wholly owned by the Company.
