Completion of Acquisition of minority interests in the Century Project

Further to the announcements by the Company on 22 June 2016, 19 August 2016 and 24 August 2016 in relation to the acquisition of minority interests in the Century Project located in Moscow, Russia (the "Acquisition"), the Company announces that on 21 September 2016 the Acquisition was completed.

Completion of the Acquisition was conditional upon completion of the debt settlement with SberBank of Russia, which took place and was announced on 20 September 2016.
