Completion of acquisition of Hotel in Rome

Further to the announcement made on 24 February 2014, Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc ("M&C") is pleased to report that yesterday it completed, through a subsidiary, the acquisition of the freehold interest in the five-star hotel trading as the Boscolo Palace Roma and its related business.

The property, which contains 87 luxury guest rooms and suites and is situated on Via Veneto in the heart of Rome, will be operated by M&C as the Grand Hotel Palace.
