African Barrick Gold plc (the "Company" or "ABG") Completion of Acquisition of Aviva Mining (Kenya) Ltd

Further to the announcement on 22 October 2012, ABG is pleased to confirm that it has now completed the acquisition of Aviva Mining (Kenya) Ltd and has transferred the consideration of A$20 million to Aviva Corporation Ltd.
