Completion of acquisition

On 6 November 2017, the Board announced that a subsidiary of the Company had entered into a conditional agreement ('the Agreement") for the acquisition of a logistics park in Moscow subject to the satisfaction of certain escrow arrangements. The Agreement provided for the subsidiary of the Company to acquire a completed warehouse complex from Industrialniy park "Sever" Limited Liability Company for an initial cash consideration of RUR 5.119billion ($87.85million) with a further deferred element of consideration payable within 18 months dependent on letting of vacant space.

The Board is pleased to announce that the escrow arrangements have now been satisfied and formal completion of the acquisition took place today, 28 November 2017.
