Completion of Acquisition
Having received all necessary approvals, Acal today announces the completion of its acquisition of Financiere BFI Optilas SAS for a consideration of €10 million payable in cash and 2 million Acal ordinary shares (the "Shares"). The Shares were admitted to the Official List today and dealings in them commenced at 8am.
The acquisition, which was announced on 29 October, represents a key step in Acal's stated strategy of specialisation, creating a clearly differentiated specialist, providing electronic and photonic products and services to over 14,000 customers across Europe.
