COMPLETION OF ACQUISITION
Following recent shareholder and CCPC approval, Dalata is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of the Moran Bewley's Hotel Group today. The Placing is now unconditional subject only to Admission.
Applications have been made for the Enlarged Issued Share Capital made up of 140,300,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each to be admitted to trading on AIM and ESM and dealings in the ordinary shares will commence on 4 February 2015.
Note: Defined terms above have the same meaning as in the Admission Document published by Dalata on 18 December 2014.
