Completion of Acquisition of syseca AG and admission of shares
Brady plc ("Brady" or "the Company"), the leading provider of trading, risk management and settlement solutions to the energy, metals and soft commodities sectors, is pleased to announce that further to the Company's announcement of 7 February 2012, the Acquisition of syseca AG is now complete and the 675,951 Consideration Shares have today been admitted to trading on AIM.
Following the issue and admission of the Consideration Shares, which rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares, the Company has 55,006,112 ordinary 1p shares in issue. The Company holds 4,306 ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Brady is 55,001,806.
The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
