Completion of Acquisition & Board Appointment
Utilitywise (AIM:UTW), a leading independent utility cost management consultancy, is pleased to announce that, following Admission becoming effective this morning, that the Company's Acquisition of Energy Information Centre Limited ("EIC") is now complete.
Accordingly, and as outlined in the Circular to Shareholders dated 13 June 2013, the Company is pleased to welcome Simon Butterfield as an executive director of the Company. Simon has been the Managing Director of EIC since 2007, having joined in 1996 following a career in sales and marketing for a number of international hotel groups. Further information in respect of Mr Butterfield is set out below.
Defined terms used in this announcement, unless otherwise stated, have the same meaning as those set out in the announcement of the Transaction on 13 June 2013.
Commenting on the appointment, Richard Feigen, chairman of Utilitywise said: "I am delighted to welcome Simon to the Company's board of directors.
