Completion of acquisition of Isotek (Holdings) Limited ("Isotek")
and Board appointment
Filtronic is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of Isotek following the admission of 18,299,847 Consideration Shares to the Official List of the Financial Services Authority and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
The Company would like to welcome Alan Needle back to the Board of Filtronic as an Executive Director with immediate effect (Alan previously served as an Executive Director until January 2006). There are no other details to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13. in relation to this Board appointment.
