Completion of Acquisition of Navita AS and admission of shares
Brady plc ("Brady" or "the Company"), the leading provider of trading, risk management and settlement solutions to the energy, metals and soft commodities sectors, is pleased to announce that further to the Company's announcement of 7 February 2012, the Acquisition of Navita AS is now complete.
Further to the completion of the Acquisition, application has been made for a total of 918,762 new ordinary shares issued as part of the consideration pursuant to the Acquisition Agreement to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission and dealing is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 12 March 2012.
Following the issue and admission of the 918,762 new ordinary shares, the Company's total issued share capital will be 79,513,536 ordinary shares of 1p each. The Company holds 4,306 ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Brady is 79,509,230. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
