COMPLETION OF ACQUISITION OF FORTIS CORPORATE INSURANCE N.V.
Amlin is pleased to announce that, following the receipt of outstanding regulatory consent, the acquisition of Fortis Corporate Insurance N.V. ("FCI") was completed today.
FCI will be renamed Amlin Corporate Insurance N.V.
Charles Philipps, Group Chief Executive of Amlin, commented:
