Completion of acquisition of trading assets and trade of Aktiesport and Perry Sport retail fascias

Further to the announcement made on 23 March 2015, JD Sports Fashion Plc ('JD') announces that it has received unconditional clearance for the acquisition of the trading assets and trade of the Aktiesport and Perry Sport fascias from the Authority for Consumers & Markets in the Netherlands. Accordingly, JD has now formally completed this transaction.

All the terms of the transaction remain as outlined in the announcement made on 23 March 2015.
