Completion of acquisition of JDSU's Holographic Security Business

The Company is pleased to announce that, further to its announcement on 19 September 2012, it has completed its acquisition of the Holographic Security Business of JDS Uniphase Corporation. The Company has funded this acquisition through additional borrowings with JP Morgan Chase.
