("Fondul Proprietatea / FP"), would like to inform shareholders that on 22 February 2024 it received from the shareholder Ministry of Finance, holding 6.54% of Fondul Proprietatea's share capital*, a request to supplement with new items the agenda of the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting ("OGSM") Fondul Proprietatea convened for 26 March 2024.

Attached to this report is the Ministry of Finance's request to supplement the agenda of the OGSM Fondul Proprietatea convened for 26 March 2024.
