Completion of £50m Share Buyback programme

27 June 2025: Barratt Redrow plc ("Barratt Redrow") announces that the £50 million share buyback programme (the "Share Buyback") announced on 12 February 2025 to purchase its shares for cancellation, has now completed.

UBS AG London Branch, who undertook the Share Buyback on Barratt Redrow's behalf, purchased 11,270,807 shares for consideration of £50 million.

As announced on 12 February 2025, the Share Buyback is part of an ongoing programme which will return a minimum of £100 million per annum. Details of the next tranche of the share buyback programme will be announced in due course.
