QinetiQ completes the sale of US Services' access control and security operations business

QinetiQ Group plc announces today that on 8 October 2010 it completed the disposal of S&IS - a non-core security operations and access control business within QinetiQ's US Services operation - to ManTech International Corporation.

The total consideration was $60 million, payable in cash, which will generate approximately $40 million of net proceeds after tax.
