Following receipt of the letter of comfort from the OGA, RockRose is pleased to confirm completion of the purchase of Egerton Energy Ventures Limited, including non-operated interests in the Galahad (27.80%) and Mordred (8.33%) gas fields located in the Southern North Sea. Post completion of the acquisitions of Egerton, Sojitz Energy Project Limited and Idemitsu Petroleum UK Ltd, RockRose will have a projected 5,250 boepd of production in 2018 on an aggregated basis.
