EFG Hermes Completes the Acquisition of 76.7% of Egypt's Leading Microfinance Player "Tanmeyah"

Cairo, March 3rd, 2016: EFG Hermes announces that the company has completed today the acquisition of 76.7% stake in "Tanmeyah", after receiving regulatory approvals and the fulfilment of conditions precedent, in a deal worth EGP345 million.
