Assura Group Limited16 August 2007 16 August 2007 Assura Group Limited ("Assura") or the "Company" Assura refers to the announcement made by The Westbury Property Fund Limited('Westbury') of a series of proposals including a proposal in relation to itsinvestment management arrangements with Assura Fund Management LLP ("AFM"), asubsidiary of the Company. Completion of Westbury's proposals will result inthe termination of the investment management agreement between Westbury and AFMand payment to AFM of £21.3 million in aggregate before payments to sub-advisersand any taxation. The payments are subject to the completion of the merger between Westbury andthe Eddie Stobart Group which is subject to Westbury shareholder approval at anExtraordinary General Meeting expected to be held on 19 September 2007.
