Company Update

Further to Company's announcement dated 8th March, 2016 with respect to the motion submitted to the Economic Department of the Tel-Aviv District Court ("the Court") against Israel 18 and BGI's directors, the Company has been informed by BGI that on 14th April 2016, the Court decided to postpone the hearing scheduled to be held on 24th March, 2016 to 5th May, 2016. All requests, affidavits and documents have to be submitted by no later than 1st May, 2016.

Further to Company's announcement dated 7th January, 2016 with respect to the motion requesting disclosure of certain documents and board minutes relating to certain bank accounts held by the Company and BGI and their subsidiaries in Austria and Azerbaijan and certain documents from the relevant banks on 17 April 2016, the Court decided to postpone the hearing and rescheduled it for 24th May, 2016.
