Following the approval of the Schneorson Agreement at the Company'sextraordinary general meeting held on 8 September, 2014, entrance into effectof said agreement remained subject to the approval by BGI's shareholders. The Company has been informed by BGI that at BGI's annual general meeting on 5October, 2014 said approval was granted and as such, the Schneorson Agreementis now in effect.
