Further to the Company's announcement of 17 December 2013, on 26 December 2013the Court has granted a request filed by the Israel Securities Authority, theOfficial Receiver and the Court-appointed observer for a two-day extension tothe deadline by which sufficient information with respect to the controllingshareholders within the consortium led by Eduardo Elsztain and Motti Ben-Mosheis required to be provided to such persons and approved. Accordingly, thedetermination by the Israel Securities Authority, the Official Receiver and theCourt-appointed observer relating to such matter is to be filed with the Courtno later than 31 December 2013. The Company will continue to notify shareholders of any updates with regard tothe Proposed Transaction and/or any material changes to the terms of itsProposal by issuing further announcements via PRN, a Regulatory InformationService.
