Accordingly, the Courtset the following revised timetable: Date Date of submission to the Court of improved 25 November 2013proposals in relation to IDB Date on which Court appointed expert finalises 28 November 2013his review of the improved proposal(s) inrelation to IDB and makes his recommendations General meeting of IDB creditors to vote on the 8 December 2013revised proposal(s) in relation to IDB Date of sanction by the Court of the proposal 25 December 2013approved by the IDB creditors in relation to IDB The Company will continue to notify shareholders of any updates with regard tothe Proposed Transaction and/or any material changes to the terms of itsProposal by issuing further announcements via PRN, a Regulatory InformationService.
