Emblaze Ltd (LSE:BLZ) ("Emblaze" or "the Company") Company Update Call Options Tel Aviv, Israel, 14 February, 2014 Call Options Capitalised terms will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Company'sannouncements of 15 August 2013, 22 August 2013, 24 December, 2013, 13 and 16January, 2014. Further to the Company's announcement of 16 January, 2014, Israel 18 B.V.(formerly known as Chabad 770 B.V.) has informed the Company that it hasprovided a down payment on account of the consideration to be paid in respectof the Call Options and that it has agreed with the Sellers who granted it theCall Options, to further extend the Interim Period for exercise of such CallOptions by a few months. The Company will continue to notify shareholders of any updates with regard toCall Options by issuing further announcements via PRN, a Regulatory InformationService.
