Tecteon PLC30 July 2007 Tecteon plc ("Tecteon") or ("the Company") Announcement 30 July 2007 The Board of Tecteon announce that negotiations with Qstik and Clement ClarkeInternational referred to in Tecteon's interim results announced on 29 March2007, have been terminated as the Board was not satisfied that relevant duediligence information was being produced to Tecteon on a timely basis. TheCompany is taking steps to recover the money that it believes is due to it fromClement Clarke International. Tecteon has commenced discussions with parties unconnected with Qstik andClement Clark International relating to potential investments by the Company ina number of technology businesses with high quality management teams. Thesenegotiations are progressing satisfactorily but there is no guarantee that anytransactions will be consummated. The Board intends to recruit new managementwhich will utilise Tecteon's existing technology as well as new business in thefuture development of the Company.
