Further to the Company's announcement of 8 July, 2014, the Company announcesthat on Friday 11 July, 2014, the jury reached its verdict in the Company'ssuit for patent infringement brought against Apple Inc. The jury found thatEmblaze's U.S. Patent Number 6,389,473 is valid, but also found that Apple Inc.did not infringe the patent.
