B.S.D Crown Ltd (LSE:BSD) ("BSD" or "the Company") Company Update Tel Aviv, Israel, 11 December, 2014 Parent company announcement Further to an announcement made earlier today in Israel by BGI Investments(1961) Ltd. ("BGI") (which owns, or controls, Company shares representingapproximately 25.02% of the total issued and outstanding share capital of theCompany (excluding dormant shares)), Israel 18 B.V. ("Israel 18"), which is thecontrolling shareholder of BGI, has been negotiating the potential introductionof a partner in relation to its holding in BGI and the Company. Israel 18 owns,or controls, voting rights in relation to Company shares representingapproximately 44.1% of the total issued and outstanding share capital of theCompany (excluding dormant shares). BGI's announcement was made followingpress-speculation in Israel, such negotiations are still ongoing and noagreement has been reached to date.
