Heylo Housing Group Limited Subsidiaries Placed into Administration

18th March 2026

On Thursday 12th March 2026, the parent company of Heylo Housing Secured Bond plc (being Heylo Housing Group Limited) was informed by the noteholders to HH No. 1 New Holdings Limited (in administration) and HH No. 5 Limited (in administration) that the noteholders had declared a default, accelerated and appointed administrators to HH No.1 New Holdings Limited (in administration), HH No.1 Holdings Limited ( in administration), HH No.1 Limited (in administration) and HH No. 5 Limited (in administration) (the "Affected Companies"). The Affected Companies are subsidiaries of Heylo Housing Group Limited. Heylo Housing Secured Bond plc is also a separate subsidiary of Heylo Housing Group Limited. Heylo Housing Group Limited has indicated that it will work with the administrators to help with their objectives.
