Company Trust Dealings
OpSec announces that it was notified on 04 February 2009, that on that day, the OpSec Security Group Employee Trust (the 'Trust') purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company ('Shares') at a price of 16 pence per Share. Following this purchase the Trust holds now holds 4,634,551 Shares representing 8.68% of the Company's issued share capital.
These shares have been acquired to satisfy existing commitments under the Company's LTIS schemes and for onward sale to certain Directors and certain members of the management team.
